Stephen Rae is an Australian videographer and photographer based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, specialising in video production, documentary filmmaking, and photography for NGOs, UN agencies and development organisations working across Cambodia and SE Asia.
Producing documentary films, program overviews, and digital content for NGOs, Projects include field documentation, interviews, advocacy campaigns, fund raising and programme storytelling.
