NGO Videographer and Photographer
Stephen Rae is a videographer and photographer based in Phnom Penh providing documentary video production and photography services for NGOs, UN agencies and development organisations across Cambodia. With more than 20 years international experience, his work focuses on documenting programmes, community initiatives and advocacy campaigns through film and photography. Assignments take place across Cambodia, including Phnom Penh and provincial locations, producing content for reports, digital communications and awareness campaigns.
